Thank you all for your feedback, more of your questions and comments will be tried answered below.
 
Internet / TV ..

From the replies and comments we have received, we noted that very few apartments want to join an "antenna association".
 
We have therefore asked BB-Net to upgrade their existing antenna network and connect amplifiers so that everyone will ensure better coverage and
All residents will have a signal no matter where they stand in the apartments.
It will work as before you buy access according to your needs.
 
The Annual General Meeting 2014

The Ordinary General Meeting will take place on July 10, '14 and the extraordinary will take place on July 17  '14 – at 18:00 hrs at the pool area.
As in previous years, we recommend owners to support the Extraordinary General Meeting.
 
For your information, there are 2 members of the board who wants to withdraw after the next general meeting.
Are you interested in participating, sign up please.
 
Facade renovation

It is still our intention to start up the renovation of all facades autumn 2014.
 
We have sent out “tender” documentation to 3 different companies for their prices.
 
We do not want to compromise on the quality of the work to be carried out and therefore we maybe have to split up the renovation into priorities.
Priority 1 could be the roof and the facades - 2nd priority could be the interior of the balconies or something like that.
More information will follows.
 
Administrator / debts

There has been some critic of 2Base and their handling of the old debit in our complex, or lack of same.
 
From the Boards side we are doing everything possible to push 2Base
 
We do everything possible from the board side to push 2Base, but unfortunately we still have to face, that everything takes a long time.
Status:
4 collection cases are running, which seems to go all the way to the court. 
3 cases where they claim having  paid to our bank account in Alanya .. this investigating
2 cases where they have promised to pay this week.
1 case with a small debit, which we are trying to collect through Homelet
 
We are in dialogue with other boards of complexes in Alanya in order to find out whether they have managed to collect old debt or whether they are in the same situation as us.
 
Likewise, we are in contact with other Administrators in Alanya to find out, what they are able to offer and do. And have they maybe other services which we do not currently receive through 2Base.
 
Payment of Yearly Fee
 
A friendly reminder, the Yearly Fee for 2014 – 15  are kindly requested to be paid before 01/05-2014 (total Euro 1000,-)

Kære  Alcon 15 ejere,
 
Tak til alle for jeres tilbagemeldinger, flere af jeres spørgsmål og bemærkninger vil blive forsøgt besvaret nedenfor.
 
Internet / TV ..

Ud fra de svar og kommentarer vi har modtaget, kan vi konstatere, at meget få lejligheder ønsker, at deltage i en ”antenneforening”.
 
Vi har derfor bedt BB-Net om at opgradere deres eksisterende antenne net og tilslutte forstærkere, så alle vil opnå en bedre dækning og
alle beboere vil have signal lige meget hvor de står i lejlighederne.
Det vil fungere som tidligere, man køber sig adgang efter eget behov.
 
 
Generalforsamlingen 2014
 
Ordinære generalforsamling afholdes den 10 juli ’14 og den ekstraordinære afholdes den 17 juli ’14 – kl. 18.00 ved poolen.
Som tidligere år anbefaler vi, at der bakkes op omkring den ekstraordinære generalforsamling.
 
Til orientering er der 2 bestyrelsesmedlemmer, som ønsker at trække sig efter næste generalforsamling.
Er du interesseret i at deltage, så meld dig venligst.

Facade renovering

Det er stadig vores plan, at vi igangsætter den store renovering af facaderne til efteråret 2014.
 
Vi har lagt udbudsmaterialet ud til 3 virksomheder og afventer deres priser.
 
Da vi ikke ønsker at gå på kompromis med kvaliteten af arbejdet, der skal udføres  kan det dog betyde, at vi bliver nødt til at dele renoveringen op i prioteter.
1.prioritet kunne eks.vis være tag og de store facader – 2. prioritet kunne blive de indvendige dele af balkonerne eller lignende.

Administrator / restancer
 
Der har været en del kritik af 2Base og deres håndtering af restancerne i vort kompleks, eller mangel på samme. Vi gør fra bestyrelsen side alt hvad der står i vores magt for
at presse 2Base, men må desværre stadig konstatere, at alt tager lang tid.
Status:
4 inkasso sager kørende, som ser ud til at skulle gå hele vejen til retten.
3 sager, hvor de hævder at have betalt til vores bank i Alanya .. dette er vi igang med at undersøge.
2 sager, hvor man har lovet betaling denne uge. 
1 sag med en mindre gæld, som vi prøver at afregne gennem Homelet.
 
Vi er i dialog med andre bestyrelser af komplekser i Alanya for dermed at finde ud af om det er lykkedes dem, at indrive gammel gæld eller om de står  i samme situation, som os.
 
Ligeledes er vi i kontakt med andre administrations virksomheder for at undersøge, hvad de kan tilbyde og vil der være noget at hente, som vi ikke får i dag gennem 2Base.
